Horrible customer service!!! Their customer care number doesn't even work. The supervisor wanted to charge me $176 for fuel and no gas was ever put in the truck. Their entire travel time was barely 19 miles, total. Then, the supervisor wanted to charge me $483 for materials (blankets, tape, shrink wrap, ect.). After asking for an itemized list of materials used, he told me I should have used my own supplies. The only materials they would have needed were blankets, wrap. For 6 1/2 hours of work, they wanted a little over $2,100. I offered to pay ATLEAST $1,000 for any services rendered, but, the supervisor was unprofessional, belligerent, demeaning, and unreasonable. He refused to modify any charges. I ended up cancelling and refusing any services from 'all my sons'. I had to take off from work, and ask friends for their help. The supervisor called the police demanding that I pay him for NOT performing or completing any services.
2. Ran out of boxes because office didn't tell the movers supposedly they were being paid to pack.
The employees at All My Sons Moving company are amazing! They are friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and very very strong. They have moved me several times, twice out of state and back. Absolutely everything I own in their hands, and not a scratch on anything they moved. I HIGHLY Recommend this company if you need to move, across the street, across town, or across the country! Jenny Brigman is the best!
Due to the inconvenience I have had to call around and search for another company that could squeeze me in to their schedule.
6. explicitly told them where the only large screen TV had to go and they forgot it and had to drive back to original drop point.
3. Broke a leg on one of my moms tables.
I cannot and will not use a company that doesn't do EVERYTHING in its power to ensure that the customer is happy and taken care!

I am giving the company one star only because I had to. I scheduled an appointment with this company a month ago to have them pack and move me today. I called at noon to see what time the gentlemen should arrive and was told I would hear something from them in the next 30 minutes to an hour. Almost two hours later I received a call telling me that my move would not happened today due to the driver quitting! I absolutely could not figure out what to say. I was filled with anger, frustration, and confusion. The gentleman went on to tell me that the company would be closed on Sunday and Labor Day and offered to give me a discount to move me NEXT weekend!. I explained that I chose this date for a very specific reason and needed to me moved this by tomorrow at the latest. The fact that there was no contingency plan in place in the case something happened to the driver or one of the other men and there nothing was offered to ensure that I would be packed and moved this weekend frustrated me even more!
5. Didn't have a proper mattress cover even though I told them it was needed, so it was poorly wrapped and now exposed in a storage.
Terrible experience, they get a star for showing up. The fell short in multiple ways, the biggest one for me was not having tape guns. They were manually using tape rolls and trying to cut the tape by tearing with their fingers, I couldn't believe it. Below are the issue I had.
4. Tried to wrap a small cabinet WITH REMOVABLE GLASS SHELVES STILL IN IT.
